Kris Dwyer’s focus is to guide clients through a thoughtful process of how they use money to shape their lives. She points to her clients as proof that creative financial planning can transform lives and generations. Many of Kris’s clients have depended on her financial savvy and uncommon wisdom for decades. Kris has been a member of the LongView team for over 25 years.
Kris is a sought-after speaker and writer, sharing her knowledge at events ranging from professional association meetings to church programs and women’s groups. She is particularly fond of speaking about the potential of sound financial management to create financial independence, as well as powerful individual and family legacies. In Kris’s words, “The care and keeping of money is about using the art and science of thoughtful and diligent financial management to pull all the pieces together and make goals happen.”
Kris graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981 with a degree in Industrial Management. She went on to Georgia State University and earned an MBA concentrating in Finance in 1986.
A long-time resident of Atlanta, Kris has been married to her husband John since 1984. Kris and John, along with their children, Grace and Jack, are involved in many community and fundraising projects, including neighborhood preservation, church leadership, and arts organizations.
